We have a large 3 bed home in a great area (reason for moving we have 3 childeren of which 1 is A.D.H.D.& the other is A.D.D these are our two boys & as they share a room and as they get bigger they are fighting it like world war 3 they realy need more space) We are 5 mins walk from yate shopping centre but we are only 2 mins walk from woodland walks (nature area) and 5 mins walk from chipping sodbury. there are 3 bus routes to bristol & 1 to cribbs. we have broadway infants & the ridge juniour school jusr around the corner & there are three seniour school under 15 mins walk from here. chipping sodbury/king edmonds/brimsham green schools. the area we live in is very pretty and pecefull. We have a largeish front garden with space to put a drive (i do put the car on the drive but we do not have a droped kerb) The back garden is approx 50ftx45ft Sq with two sheds and a large patio. out side the kitchen we have a pasage way with secure 7 point locking doors to the front & back garden and there is also a side gated entrance to the garden. the garden is secured with 6ft fence panels so our dog cant get out. We hace combi gas c/h and at the momment a shower over the bath. we would like a bigger 3 bed or a four bed. thanks for looking. We are having our home adapted for disabled i.e wetroom, stair lift, handles, smaller steps (this has now been put on hold as we are planning to move). off road parking is a must and also rear or side entrance to garden. We have a large house now so we would not want to down size. we have a dinning room and a lounge which could be used as a 4th bedroom. we would like a four bed if we could get one. a large 3 bed would do but we would like to stay in the yate area due to the kids schools. warning our home does not have RTB we do not want a RTB we just want a home.
