I have a 2 bed flat in a block on its own in Bristol (15 mins from centre) and 25 mins from Bath the other way by bus. It's an ex-sheltered block and is very well looked after. Laundry room, parking, caretaker here most day on reception. Very quiet and clean, but also accessible. Park behind (Victory Park). Just looking to get out of the city. I prefer South East, but will look at all areas. Would like a 2 bed place but will consider one beds. This is a Bristol Council property. Pets are considered as long as well behaved. The main tenant only has to be 50 or over but others can be under (children over 18).
