I am wanting to exchange my home in Knowle to be near the childrens school in Whitchurch. I will consider any of the surrounding areas over that way.

I have a 3 bedroom semi detached house that we have done loads of work to as we intended on buying it from the council. 3 bedrooms, one large master room plastered and decorated very stylish, front bedroom is also plastered and pantied pink with flooring and back smaller room , again plastered and painted blue with carpet. The hall is decorated in terracotta and fully carpeted with downstairs ahllway lamainted.

The bathroom is in the hall and was the room we were about to tackle but not got around to so will need decorating complelety.

The main room has window to the front and fench door at the rear leading to the garden. This room is very modern and is black, grey and white , I have complements on the decor from evryone. It has a coal fire with a surround and the room has coving, dado rail and perfect wall as as this has been plastered too. It sis lamanated with glass paneled doors

Through the main living room is the kitchen which has also been plastered and recented painted, its is a fully fitted kitchen we have fitted our selfs. with larger cupbaoard that conceals the combi heating system. it also has glass cabinets, black gloss side boards. the firdge freezer and cooker is fitted into the kitchen so will need to consider on what to do about this. There are also frnech doors in the kitchen leading to the back garden .

The back garden is huge and has great potential as its perfectly square and has concrete seating area and large grasssed are too. The front garden too is big and will need small amount but has driveway and walls no hedges. The house has upvc windows.

If anyone is interested or has a exchange please contact me. I am hoping for a house in Whitchurch, Hengrove, Stockwood or areas over that end as its near my kids schools. I would also love a bathroom upstairs and possiably 4 bedrooms but 3 will be fine and considered. House with side entrance too pls.

This property is brillaint if you intend to buy as loads of the work is already done. We have been here 10 years and put a lot of owrk into it, with its very modern , cosy and clean. It is close to local shops and bus routes, school and colleges.

I will have pictures of my house soon as i think its will show how nice it really is, and who ever wants it will be happy with it as I look after my home.
