We have central heating, double glazing, off road parking and a large front garden and smaller rear garden partly decked. Close to primary school and senior school, open countryside and harbour and beaches. We are at the top end of town on a quiet estate in a close, there is a dedicated parking space here as well for each of the 18 houses in the close, but we dont use ours as you can get 2 cars in our drive and close the large gates.We need to move because of my disability, my wife needs support from our daughters and family.
