need 1 or 2 bed ground floor flat or maisonette in luton and closer to town centre as possible to take our 2 bed house in dorrington close, to complete a multiswap. he loved our house but cannot manage the stairs as he is disabled so needs ground floor flat instead.
our house has newly fitted double glazing, own parking, own garden and shed, quiet and nice cul-de-sac, nice neighbours, close to amenities, new kitchen and combi boiler, good sized rooms, has a loft, in very good condition throughout.
