I have a two bed 2nd floor flat in Marsh Farm Luton, large lounge, new bathroom, one large bedroom and one small. Easy access to shops and bus to Luton town centre. 15mins walk to Leagrave train station. Lots of opportunity in Marsh farm - new business grants subsidised days out etc. May be entitled to a grant for downsizing :-)
