The property is in a quite area in Chesham, Bucks. There are local shops about 5 mins from the property, and the town center is a 10 min walk away.
The tube station into London is in the town center, so to get there about 15 mins walk approx. In the town itself, you have sainsburys and alot of other shops as you can imagine. There is also a big park with a small lake, which is 5 - 10 min walk, which is very nice during the summer, and all year round for that matter.

The Flat itself is a 1 Bedroom Flat, with 5 rooms in total. It has a Living room, which is a very decent size. The Bedroom itself is a very good size as well. The Bathroom is quite big for a 1 Bed flat, which i have installed a power shower to it, and the kitchenis a decent size. Also there is a big cupboard which i use it a storage cupboard, but you can use it for anything you want.
There is also a small cupboard, which you could stores things as well.

Before you approach the Front door, there is a security access door. So before anyone knocks on the door, they would have to buzz the flat, and you would get the choice to let them in, or pretend your out.
The Flat also has double glazing windows.
There are two bin cupboards, which gets emptyed 2x a week.
There is also off road parking for residents of the flats as well.

I am hoping to Exchange this 1 Bedroom Flat, for a 2/3 Bedroom house, anywhere in the Buckinghamshire area. Ideally it would have off road parking, and a garden. The reason for the swap, is that im getting married in March this year, and expecting my first child, so the more space would be better.
