I have a 2 bed house in Peterborough, with newly fitted kitchen, bathroom, seperate toilet and central heating. It has a drive on part of the garden which can fit 2 cars and still has a fair sized grassed area and a garden at the back. There are 2 double bedrooms, a small pantry in kitchen (not walk in) and a room added on to the kitchen (could be used as a utility room or you could knock the wall down to make lounge/kitchen bigger) and a airing cupboard upstairs (I am in process of decorating). Nice quiet street (non estate) with friendly neighbours. Close to amenities: 2 top class primary schools and a secondary school which is about 2 minutes from house. MY HOUSE IS THE 1 WITH THE RED DOOR!

I want to move to be closer to family and I have 3 children so ideally would like a 3/4 bed house but would except a spacious 2 bed. Has to have a garden and be close to amenities as I don't drive. I will consider most areas but would prefer areas that I have stated below and 3 way swaps. Thanks for looking.
