Hello everyone. I am in desperate need to move. I need to move before September preferably. I have a 3 bedroom house. 2 fairly large rooms and one smaller room that is bigger then a box room. The kitchen and diner are one and the lounge is also large. There is a downstairs loo and a bathroom/toilet upstairs. The garden is very big and in need of a little tlc. The front garden is a decent size but not to big and easily manageable. The house was fully refurbished just over a year ago. It has been re-plastered and rooms moved around. Because of the refurbishment the house was painted with a water based paint and therefore the walls cannot be washed yet. The council are due to come very soon to assess the cracks and fill them. We have been unable to paint because of this. I will be more than happy to come to arrangements to bring the property up to your specifications. For the right house anyway. I really need a 4 bedroom house or maybe a 3 bed with a seperate dinning area than can be turned into a 4th bedroom. We would prefer a R.T.B. property but it is not essential. If anyone thinks that they can help, PLEASE get in touch. The village is very quiet and safe. There is a newly refurbished pub/restaurant within 15 minutes walking time. Also the Garden Centre is so much more than a Garden Centre. It has an aquarium, cafe, post office, and sells fresh fruit and veg and all the basic essentials. It is also a 15 minute walk away. There are 2 parks. One is small and almost literally behind our house. The rec is very large with lots to do. It is across from the pub/restaurant. The pre-school and primary schools (Coton Primary School) are in the village and is one of the top schools in the county and is just a 5 minute walk away. The secondary school (Comberton Village College also one of the top schools) is a short bus ride away and the bus stops outside our house to collect the children at 8 a.m. There is a regular bus service into Cambridge that only takes 15 minutes. There is also a FREE tescos bus to Bar Hill on Tuesday mornings that picks up outside my house at 9:40 a.m. and brings you back at 11:30. I hope this is not to much info.
