I have a 1sst floor flat in a Housing21 court. I have a lovely view over an orchard.All heating and hot water and laundry are covered by a service charge.Only phone and electric have to be paid. One bedroom, and a shower with a low entry. There are community rooms for company or you can be private in your own flat. I would like a bungalow where my dog can have a garden and not have to go upstairs(she does not like the lift). Please help.
