i have a large and i mean large 4 bed house all the bedrooms are double ideal for a large family we are looking to down size really either a smaller 4 bed or a large 3 bed would be ideal. we have a 20ft kitchen on the ground floor with large cuboard like indoor shed and 1 bedroom. the next floor has a 20ft lounge and a 2nd bedroom and on the top floor you have another 2 bedrooms one of which has a fitted wardrobe in. there is the bathroom and an airing cupbaord and another storage cupboard. we have a large garden with 2 sheds which we will be leaving mainly all slabbed we are near to local shops and schools with plenty of play areas for kids and parks close by
