My flat is 4 years old, is is a lovely quiet area (Fletton, Peterborough), is very close to local shops and schools. There is a park just behind the flats also. The town centre is a 5/10 minute walk away, Hampton is 5 minutes away by car or bus. Close to local bus routes. My property has 2 double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, the bathroom is a good size, there is a storage cupboard in the hallway. The Livingroom, is a Livingroom/Kitchen, but its not a bad size. The whole property is newly decorated, I've literally just finished doing it! There are communal gardens to the rear and allocated parking for one car, but also visitor spaces for additional cars, only downside, its on the 3rd floor, but not a massive problem ;)
I am looking for a 2 bedroom house, anywhere in Peterborough considered, as I would love a garden for my daughter.
