i live in the sandbach area. the house is situated on a quiet residential area. the house in question has 2 bedrooms which are average size.larege living room and standard kitchen. it only has 1 batroom and one toilet which are together. the garden is very big and is always maintained. the house has a driveway and front lawn. i am looking to stay in sandbach due to work and school commitments. i now have 2 kids and one is getting older so she needs room of her own. with a 2 bedroom this is impossibele. i ma looking for a 3 bedroom house
