I have a very nice mid-terrace house in beautiful Chichester west Sussex. well looked after house by non-smoking no-pet family. newly built large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and large b/fast bar.good size lounge,well decorated three beds,two decent sized and one smaller. new bathroom with shower. covered decking to the rear and lots of parking out back.nice quiet cul-de-sac and only ten minutes walk to the town center. local bus route at the end of street, near to hotel, shops, pub hospital good schools. Only 5mins from Goodwood,20mins from Portsmouth and 45mins to Gatwick. want to move to similar type house (well lloked after)in cheshire or at least within 45mins of Liverpool)to be near elderly relatives.some of the rooms have built-in furnishings which will be left if wanted comes with all curtains ect and nice ceiling fan/light in lounge
