we have a well sized 2 bedroom house situated on the edge of the countryside(Hemel Hempstead M1 Jct8), acres of fields on the oppersite side of the road good to walk dogs or just go for a stroll, house has driveway for 2 cars, central heating, double glazing, decorated to high standards,fitted kitchen, downstairs toilet, close to all amendities 5 mins from town centre 2 mins from village shops, house is only 4 years old, nice size garden with large patio area, house and garden is always kept clean and tidy... we are very reluctant to give up this wonderfull house, but we have 2 children and they will want there own bedrooms soon and we have thought about moving to cornwall, so it makes sense...

we will be needing a 3 or 4 bed house in cornwall, will consider most areas but will have to do some research first...

now we will require either a driveway or attached garage this is a must!!!
