I have a 5 bedroom council disabled property which i would like to exchange and find the same type of property in the cornwall area newquay if possible right near the sea front but will consider other nearby areas, the 5 bedrooms are as follows 3 up stairs and two down stairs, i have a sperate dining area, two bathrooms one upstairs with a bath and one down stairs with a shower, i have a drive way, a front and rear back garden which backs on to a park which is lovely for the younger child.
