Bristol Ctiy Centre is 15 mins bus ride (10 mins to BR Temple Meads) and Bath is 30 mins bus away in other direction.

If you have a partner under 50 that's OK, jusut as long as main tenant is 50. Pets if well behaved OK. This is areally nice block to live in and is on its own with no big estates around here. Most people here have bought their places.
