i have a 1 bed flat in st.ives,it is double glazed, very warm in the winter even without the heating on. it is in a block of 4 and has a grassed area out the front which the council has the upkeep of,it is close to shops,swimming pool,schools,and only 10mins away from the town and beaches.it has a new kitchen which was put in 12mnths ago, the reason i want to move is i would love a garden that i could tend to.
