I have a 3 bedroom semi-detatched house,which is very close to St Austell town centre,in fact its 5 mins away from my house on foot, Our town at the moment is being built up again and it wil be finished at the end of 2009,the new St Austell is starting to take shape very nicely,
My house has 2 large bedrooms and 1 small,it has a bathroom with a fitted bath and sink and an electric heater and an extractor fan it also has a downstairs toilet,
I have a drive next to the house which will hold 3 cars,medium size open plan front garden,large back garden enclosed on all sides,there is a river that runs past the back garden which is quite relaxing during long summer evenings,it has an open plan kitchen diner,which has a large patio door leading to the back garden,
The living room is large in comparison to new properties which are available these days,and will quite happily accomodate a family of 5 or possibly more....
