my house has 3 bedrooms it is terraced in a largish cul-de-sac. 5-10 mins to the local primary schools 10 mins from the local beaches a quite good location to shops but not in the centre of town. i have a small back garden and front garden. had new windows and central heating put in last year, they will be renewing bathroom and kitchens in the near future. a nice area not a lot of crime i have been here for 10 years and havent had any problems. any questions please ask thanks
