my house is on a cul-de-sac,mostly families.it has a large master bedroom,2nd bedroom is smaller but can fit double bed and furniture easily.the bathroom is located upstairs.the hallway is laminated flooring as is the kitchen,which is located at the front of the house overlooking the street,its fairly decent enough size,not huge but enough for what u need.the lounge is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden,it is fairly large with room for the living area and dining/computer area.the garden is fully fenced off with large patio and lawn area,it has access to the private drive at the side of the house which would fit 2 cars.
