i have a large 1st floor 2 bed flat nicely decorated in quiet location and really nice neighbours and its a lovely place to live, parking outside, near secondry schools and primary schools, close to bus routes, shops, pubs. I have a balcony with secure intercom with a shed on balcony and a shared courtyard outside with another shed. Also the council in the near future will be doing new kitchens and bathrooms. I also have the digital areal which the council supplied for degital tv. My front room is 17 foot long and 13 foot wide, the 2 bedrooms are routhly about 12 foot by 12 foot. if anyone wants any pictures i am sure i can send only if interested.

The areas i would like to move too is exeter or stay in plymouth but may consider other places in devon or cornwall. I am looking for a maisonette or prehaps a house if anyone can help i dont want any time wasters.
