we have a 3 bedroom Property, situated in the top of a village location, it was built about 5 Yr ago, we are also situated in midle of Nature Reserve, so as you would guess we are surounded by lots of widlife in there natural Enviroment.

the view from rear of our property is of green hills, uniturupted views of green feild's,and wildlife, our garden is on two levels, needs a bit of TLC, but not had weather to do it, lower part of garden is level with rear feild's, and during most of the year is full of sheep and Lambs, this is what i call close to nature as can be when in its Natural Enviorment.

The house its self is blessed with 2 Good Dbl Size bedrooms, and 1 good size smaller room, we are in a culdi Sack Location with Good Neigbours, we are 12 mile from Centre of Totnes, 8 Mile from Kingsbridge, and less then a mile to the sea, we are also a short drive from the Kingswear Ferry Point, and usaly can be in Torbay with in 20 -30 mins depending on ferry. we have electric heating and no gass but the heaters warm rooms no problems, do to fact that just Husband & I in a 3 bed and with My Mobility Problems, & Husbands heart Problems, we need to move to Smaller Place, GCH is must do to my increasing Artheritess.
