I have a 3 bed semi detached council house in Reading with enclosed front and back gardens and off road parking.In the last few years the house has been fitted with new double glazing,new boiler and new kitchen and bathroom.I have also decorated the rest of the house apart from two of the bedrooms.I also have a downstairs w.c,which is very handy.There is also g.c.h and I have the fittings in place for a gas fire in the living room if one was required.I am in good walking distance to all local schools and the supermarket.There is also a selection of local shops too(hairdressers,post office etc).I am near to bus routes into the town centre,where we have the Broad Street Mall and Oracle shopping centres,as well as other department stores etc.I have lived here for 26 years in total and now I am retired I fancy a change of scenery somewhere else.I am looking for a 2 or 3 bed semi or end of terrace house in Cornwall or Devon but will consider anywhere coastal.Must have a supermarket and local shops near by,as I don't drive.Please e-mail me if you are interested or if you have details of any one else who may be.Thanks.
