I have a two bed end terrace council house with the right to buy.

Lounge with real wooden flooring , kitchen, and downstairs toilet only.

2 double bedrooms, bathroom upstairs.

There is a large back garden part decked, and part lawn, overlooks playing fields and parks. There is also a very large concrete shed/outhouse which we use as a study/playroom.

There is also a garden at the front of the house, and there is off street parking too.

The house is 3 minutes walk to shops, schools, and all transport links

I am looking to move out of the London area, and am interested in all areas of Devon, must be a 3 bedroom house with garden, would maybe consider a 2 bedroom as long as bedrooms large enough. Would also prefer to be close to shops, schools etc.

Serious movers only please, no timewaters.
