INSIDE-The cottage has 3 great sizes bedrooms, two doubles and one single.Good size Lounge. Big 15ftx8ft kitchen.New toungue and grooved Bathroom.very handy large walk in Larder. And lots of storage upstairs and down and in the loft.

OUTSIDE-2 large sheds. 30ft long, 15ft wide garden to the rear and 20ft wide, 12ft long front garden. All side of the house overlooking fields and the south downs.Gardens are all grassed, with x2 patio areas, one to the front and one to the back to make use of the summer sunshine and bbq's!
Also a fully enclosed veg patch and a chicken run which can home up to 10 chickens!!
Mature hedges for privacy all clipped. Sadly no drive but communal parking to rear of property, space for as many cars as you like.

We have full decorated all through the house. And fresh cream/beige carpets with magnolia walls. Very neutral.
All windows are fully glazed. The roof has just recently been re done. By the council and loft re insulated.
All the outside doors are new double glazed.
All electirc, no gas, so very cheap to heat and run! i used to have both in old property and it was very expensive!!

Broadband signal very good. Freeview signal very good.
