The house is one of only two council houses in the cul-de-sac and has two large bedrooms, one with two large cupboards could be made en-suite, separate bathroom and toilet, large kitchen and lounge, Gas central heating with new modern combi boiler, medium sized easy maintenace garden with patio area, shed and panelled fencing, allocated parking. The house has been recently decorated and a new kitchen is due to be fitted by the council. Would like to exchange to a two or three bedroomed property in the Weymouth area but anywhere in Dorset considered.
