There are 3 parks within 10 minute walking distance and several further. Eastbourne town, the seafront and the Downs are all 10 minute drives away. Eastbourne DGH is a 5 minute drive away with the colleges next to it. Youth groups, Nurseries and churches are within a 10 minute walk.
