2 bedhouse in leeds wants 2 bedhouse in brighton and hove

I have a 2 bedhouse in an affluent area of Leeds in Chapel Allerton. It has a front courtyard and a good sized enclosed back garden. It has 2 double bedrooms with integrated walldrobes. Bathroom and toilet, good sized kitchen and living room with patio doors that lead to the garden.

The house is an end property in a quiet area. I have great neighbours both young and old. 10 minutes away are 2 supermarkets, a Tesco express with petrol station, winebars and restaurants, 2 excellent primary schools and a library along with other amenities. They call it "The Village" because of where it is situated. 10 minutes down the road is Millionaire mansions. There is also a local medical centre which also houses a dentist.

Once a year there is the Chapel Allerton Music Festival which brings people from all over the world to perform and is a great family event with lots to do for the children. There is also a local park.

I am serious about leaving Leeds as I want my son to be near my sister and her children and would like to move before Sept 08 if possible. I am looking for a similar property in Brighton with similar features. PLEASE HELP!!! BUT ONLY SERIOUS MOVERS.

Brand new Kitchen, Bathroom and Central heating (currently got storage heaters) will be fitted by January/February 09 at the latest.

( Property also has Right to Buy Status)
