I Would love to swap my 2 bed council ground floor flat in Fordham Heath, Colchester. There is one nice sized room and a smaller one. The bathroom has a shower fitted. Lovely light and airy flat. Very close to a primary school and close by is a garage, chip shop, bus stops, hairdressers and a newsagents. There is also parking outside the flats.

I would love a house with 2 or 3 bedrooms and MUST have own private garden. Would consider most areas in Colchester, but not Greenstead. Ideally a nice area in or near Highwoods but would also consider areas outside Colchester.
I really like this flat and I only want to move as we desperately want a house with a garden as we have a young daughter and we love to be outside.
