2 bed 1st floor flat in walton felixstowe, nice flat with good neighbours very friendly people here in suffolk. Very clean block of flats with private car park for tenants only,only have one neighbour the side of me, who has lived here for over 20yrs as a lot of them have, more mature tenants here. Want to move to clacton as my family are there, would consider a one bed if its right. Would like a small garden for my dog, or a balcony. Only want clacton or surrounding areas, not london or anywhere else sorry. No timewasters, i have just been let down. Dont mind a multiswap to get me where i need to be.
