Hi we live in a quiet court (close) in Rayleigh in Essex in a lovley 2 bedroom house with 1 very large bedroom and 1 double bedroom, a nice established garden, the neighbours are very courteous and friendly, we have never experienced any noise whilst living here, Rochford housing are currently spending alot of money on the houses, we are hoping to get a new bathroom and kitchen shortly, close to all amenities, docs, trains, schools, town everything is within a 15 minute walking distance, the station to London is about a 15 minute walk, there is are 3 lovely country parks about 5 minutes away, with nice walks and also a recreation ground for activities etc. Very nice place to live Rayleigh has a good reputation, Just had new carpets in the hall, stairs and landing, hall and lounge just been repainted, we are going to also paint the dining room shortly, as it is a playroom /dining room at the miniute so we are going to change it back to a dining room.
We are looking for 3 bed property, must have a largish garden and preferable a drive, but that is not essential, must be gas central heated and double glazed, must be quiet or rural no large estates, please see the pictures we have provided, apologies for the long grass pics taken just after the rains and it has grown like mad. the dining room is currently a play room as my Husband works nights so the children cannot play in their bedroom during the day, just repainted, the dining room will be redecorated before we leave, new kitchens and bathrooms are going in around the area so should be done within 2 years sorry will not consider Basildon, Pitsea or Laindon thank you, will consider a 3 way swap.
