re - furbished bathroom + Kitchen with new bolier and cental heating system put in. Solid wooden flooring in downstairs living areas, with all rooms having modern decor feel throughout.There is a fairsized family garden space with patio area,we had this lanscaped about five years ago.
There is also a private parking area for two cars per house hold at the rear of the property, And a small manageable garden at the front of house.
We are Idealy looking for a three bedroom house or bungalow in the Chelmsford or Braintree area,or would consider a larger two bedroom property in theese areas.
