Backs onto a park (Victory Park)...parking in forecourt or garage available at extra £8 per week. Laundry room on ground floor, caretkaer on reception most days. The flat itself has two good size bedrooms...balcony...light and airey.

Bus is 15 mins to City Centre and 30 mins in other direction to Bath. I justs want to move nearer London to be near my grandchildren who live in North London. I don;'t particularly need over 50s place. If you are on your own you would be eligible as I was offered htis on my own...also if you have a partner they can be under 50 (children need to be 18+). Pets allowed if well behaved.
