hello i have a 2bedroom house on a small private estate in duxford (20mins drive from cambridge and 20mins from harlow), 10mins drive on m11 from stanstead airport, overlooking the vilage green with front and rear gardens, sheds in back garden, newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and open fire in the living room... the estate is small and mainly non-council.
im looking for an exchange to waltham abbey/waltham cross/chingford/epping/loughton/enfield areas to be nearer my family.... ideally id like a 2bedroom house/bungalow/maisonette with garden but will look at groundfloor flats with gardens too.
i am a serious mover and want to do this asap. im also open to 3way swaps...
