The house has 2 double bedrooms,1 single and a small room downstairs which is currently used as a bedroom for my teenager,it has a door to the back garden.
The bathroom is ustairs.
Downstairs there is a lounge with doors to the back garden, large hallway which accomodates a table and 6 chairs plus my computer workstation.Kitchen with room for fridgefreezer,dishwasher,washing machine,tumble drier etc,lots of wall and floor cupboards.
Cloakroom with toilet and sink.
The back garden is mostly patio with a metal storage shed plus room for 8ft trampoline,there is also a back gate.
The front garden is small but secure with fencing and gate.
In front of the house is a newly built car park so you can see your car from the house.
The neighbours are friendly.
We are 30 seconds from Bardfield primary school which can be accessed from a road bridge so is nice and safe for kids.There are local shops with cashpoints, doctors,dentist,library and take aways very close by.
The bus stop to town is about 1 min from the house.
I am looking for a 4 bedroomed house as close to Basildon town centre as possible although i will consider other areas. Preferably with a garage or/and driveway. A large back garden would be lovely too.
