It is a nice quiet area and is 5 mins walk to very good primary school and 5 minutes walk to local shops.It is also close to town ( only a 10 min walk) and the neighbours are very nice on both sides.
I have lived here very happily for 17yrs and the only reason i am moving is due to the break up of my marriage therefore needing a new start preferably with a smaller more managable garden.
I am looking to move to the melbourne area of chelmsford so i can be nearer my family.
