its a 3 bedroom terraced house in a very quiet part of the village of avening. the house has 2 double bedrooms and a smaller one with a bathroom and wc upstairs. the downstairs has a good sized kitchen come diner and the living room is of a good size with gch and dg through out. there is a outhouse at the back of the house with a toilet and plumbing for the washing machine. the back garden is a good size with a patio area and all enclosed. the front garden is tidy with some flower beds and gravel. the neighbours are all very friendly and plesant, the village has a post office, shop and cashpoint machine there is also 2 pubs and a nice social club. the village also has a play school and infant and primary school. for the older children there is a bus service to sir william romneys in tetbury. we also have a village bus that goes daily to stroud one way and through to tetbury and bath in the oppisite direction. we are ideally suited in the middle of tebury and nailsworth,they  are all within 3 miles.
