i have a large 2 bed maisonette in portsmouth in the fratton area, i am looking for another 2 bed property in portsmouth or a 3 bed but mainly a 2, i have carpets up stairs in hall and in both bedrooms and in living room, bedrooms and both doubles and living room is extra long, the bathroom upstairs has laminate effect lino in and so does the toilet down stairs, the kitchen/diner and porch has just been retiled in light beach wood flooring, i have a large outside shed and lots of storage inside, there is a large cupboard in toilet down stairs an understairs cupboard in kitchen which is long and has the gas metre in, another cupboard very big in porch with lots of shelving coat rack and electric metre in. up stairs has an airing cupboard in one of the bedrooms. i am soon having some new cupboards fitted into my kitchen for more storage.
i am pcc and has dg and gas central heating.
