would you like to move to plymouth? Well I have a clean ground floor two bedroom flat, in a quite part of plymouth.Step out of my front door and your right on the beach.how cool is that.I have two fair size bedrooms,my son fitted new kitchin,bathroom contains shower over bath,toilet,large cupbourd in passage for storage, Neutral colours, New GSH,rads in all rooms.New PVC windows.Large back communal garden that you can potter around in if you wish, and a patio area to sit in(sun trap).Closed off road.parking.good neighbours( that don't bite).Bus stop end of road every 20mins or walk to town not far.Ferrys to Cremil/or P.O ferrys to France.coastl view of Drakes Island.Local corner shop,church,schools.tennis club and The Royal William yard full of history.To good to be true well it's all here.I need to go back home for personal reasons.
