WINCHESTER 2 bed ground floor flat with large wet room Very close to all amenities/schools/colleges/park/shops and transport links (M3 an A34). Patio/terrace 28' x 10 leads from sliding patio doors in lounge. Own drive for one car outside front door.
Electric fobs to open front door remotely. Only overlooked by 1 property at rear across two courses of river (River Itchen). Fishing allowed Winchester Mill garden between tracts of river. Pets allowed as we have two dogs. Purpose block of four flats, one now private. River walks start directly outside with large green.This is for a 3 way as ldy wants my bungaow but I dont want her area.
I will though consider most other rural areas
