3 bedroom semi in Wolverhampton. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a friendly area and is close to local shops, dentist, doctors, bus stop, post office and near by schools.
The house itself has 3 double bedrooms. There is also an upstairs bathroom with seperate toilet and a second toilet downstairs. In addition to this, there is a large living room and kitchen-diner area. It has lots of storage space with a reasonably sized attic. Finally, the house has its own front and back gardens; both of which are a decent size.

I am looking to swap for a 2/3 bedroom house in Southampton, Basingstoke, Winchester or Andover. It must be close to public transport and have a back garden. No preference to whether it is decorated or not. Only reason for move due to Re-location at work
