I have a 3 year old first floor 2 bed flat on pivate estate, there are only 4 council ones, has large living room, large kitchen, double bedroom with big fitted wardrobe, other bedroom only a bit smaller, still classed as double room, bathroom has bath and shower, own parking space(plus seperate visitor spaces), communal garden only accessable for the 4 flats, where there is a shed each, completely secure as no other entrance except through locked 6 ft gate. Security door to into the 4 flats. Nice and quiet as u dont get people walking through or past as estate is built off of main road. Really nice and clean as only 3 years old and have just painted magnolia throughout. New really good quality carpet put down April 2010 (£600)!!!! in living room(sand colour)and rest is carpeted which has been down 3 years but in good condition, bathroom and Kitchen still like new.
