I have a beautifully decorated ground floor flat in an exceptional area of Bognor Regis for swap to a house in Portsmouth ideally Southsea or old portsmouth.
My flat has two substantial gardens with local shops/schools/parks/bank/post office all 5 min walk away in rose grenn/aldwick area which is a good area in bognor and 5 mins walk from the beach (in the summer you can hear the jet skis its that close!).
My flat is with NBH housing association so not a council estate and surrounded by relatively affluent properties...very unusual. i need to
move for work reasons and to be closer to family.
