3 good sized bedrooms,upstairs bathroom with shower non slip flooring and tiled in white and peach.downstairs you have a toilet and sink,alight green kitchen again with non slip flooring,(plumbing for a dishwasher)kitchen is in excellent condition.a huge living room est 17ftx17ft.large cupboard for storage coats ect.in the living room you have your back door leading to a simple garden single path with slabs and grass and a shed for lawnmower kids stuff ect.the house does need a little work but i do have all of the paint ect in magnolia but it is very clean and just needs a paint.i am looking for a house anywhere in the hampshire area it must have a good sized garden not worried too much about the interior,council or ha.my house is in the west totton area just outside calmore a very clean and quiet neighbourhood.
