3 bed house in clehonger for 4 bed in hereford

hi,i live in a small village in herefordshire having 5 children i am desperate for a 4 bed house.i love my house but need another bedroom as my 11year old need her privacy.
its a 3 bed midterraced house.the kitchen was extended and renewed 3months ago.its all neutral colours incluuding new floor units tiles etc.just had new fire and gas bolier install.its doubled glazed with gas central heating.had 2 double bedrooms and 1 single.massive attic space.front and rear gardens not massive back garden but can have a 8 ft trampoline double shed and washing line and have room on patio.there is no drive at front but there is scoop to do it as the neighbours have.we never did it as ther is always plenty of space outside.the front room adjoins the dining room to form like a c shape.there is also new front and back door.we live just near the end of a cul de sac near the local garages which you can apply for from the council.the neighbours are friendly.my youngest son calls my nextdoor neighbour nan she s lovely.
in the village is a good bus service a fantastic village hall with has a playschool run in it at term tim,a very good primary school and the local shop.we do have a mobile chip shop and curry van it comes on certain times.its a pretty village and its great because its just 3 miles from town.its a safe place to bring up children and not to far from town centre if there were 4 beds here i wouldnt want to move from clehonger.
