It is in a lovely quiet area, within walking distance of the main Harpenden High Street and within catchment area of a number of highly rated schools. Bedroom 1 is a very good size and has a fitted double wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is smaller but is still a good size for a childrens room/spare room. It has a large lounge area,laminate flooring in hallway and a large storage cupboard, a newly fitted kitchen and a newly decorated bathroom (inc. tiled floor/walls and shower). We are looking for either a large 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom property near to chiswell green/Park street in St Albans (would consider other areas if the property was right!)
