We have a former Barratt Home 3 Bed Semi-Detached Home on the outskirts of Stevenage in a quiet and lovely area of Poplars – with views of the countryside. Our home is a family place with young children who are growing up and we have started to redecorate from the previous occupiers. A small to medium size kitchen for both gas or electric cookers, a tiled hall way with down stairs toilet and cloakroom and a large size L-shaped living room/dining room. There are three reasonable size bedrooms with a small bathroom including an upstairs toilet. The house has new double glazing and central heating. There is room to park cars at the front and rear to the house with access from either front of rear through a small front garden and a rear garden that has a shed.

We are looking to move because of the children’s school and our friends who are on the other side of Stevenage from us.

We do not want St.Nicholas or Shephall areas BUT are looking for Pin Green or Old Town or Gt Ashby or Martins Wood areas with similar size house or bigger with off road parking? min 3-4 bedrooms?
