I am looking for a 1 or 2 bed place in Hertfordshire or nearby (I want to move nearer London (North London) to be nerar my grandchildren. I will consider all areas around London and in. I do not need an over 50s place particularly. If you are on your own you would be eligible for a 2 bed as I was offered this place on my own. If you have a partner they can be under 50...children need to be 18+. Well behaved pets OK at Council's discretion.

Bus takes 15 mins to City Centre and 30 mins in other direction to Bath City Centre. Temple Meads BR 10 mins bus (Waterloo or Paddington).
