This is lovely house. At the bottom end of cul-de-sac is visable only if you go to closed end end road. Pattern imprinted drive is large and comfotably holds 3 good size cars. Between the drive and the house is path with grass either side, a small apple tree and large vegetable plot already growing selection of veggies. BN Stenna Stairlift has been fitted to get up and down the stairs. We have a disabled adapted bathroom, now a modern walk-in shower room. New kitchen with more than enough cupboard space. Seperate washroom where we have a washing machine and tumble dryer(hole for t/d vent and all water connections for w/m fitted). Nice living room with windows facing east and west for all day sunlight. Downstairs cloakroom toilet off hallway. All downstairs nutrally decorated with laminate rustic oak flooring through out. Stairs from hallway lead to upper hall and 2 bedrooms and shower room. Master bedroom is above living room and same size, also has windows the same. Has thick carpeted floor. 2nd bedroom overlooks back garden only and has laminate flooring same as down stairs. Back garden is nice size with pebble pathe leading to outside office and large decking area (holding table and 6 chairs and gas bbq and still load of room for kids to run around on it. Outside office has floor tiles down, all walls are dry-lined and roof is insulated and sealed to residentual standards. Cant think of much else, but questions welcome.
We would like a bungalow or something similar to what we are offering in Bexleyheath of Sidcup area. Must be 2 or 3 bed. Thanks
